Ingredients.

  • Paprika [4 teaspoons]
  • Brown sugar [4 teaspoons]
  • Coarse salt [4 teaspoons]
  • White pepper [4 teaspoons]
  • Cayenne pepper [1⁄2 teaspoon]
  • Chilli powder [2 tablespoons]
  • Garlic powder [1 tablespoon]
  • Onion powder [1 tablespoon]
  • Ground black pepper[1⁄4 teaspoon]

Method.

  • STEP 1

    Mix all ingredients together then keep it in a ziplock bag for up to 3 weeks.

Works well on meat, poultry, french fries, and chips.
